Animals have spines too and feel the same discomfort humans do when they have injured or overexerted themselves. Dr Knox in her 20th year of her small animal chiropractic practice, certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association, and she leaves a limited number of hours for critters each week on Wednesdays. After all, Felix or Fido are part of the family and we don't like them to suffer when they don't need to!

Dr. Jocelyn Knox, the youngest of 6 in the Jack Bionda family. She grew up in Huntsville active in all sports possible but concentrated in Gymnastics and Volleyball with interests in high diving and downhill skiing. After graduating HHS she attended Guelph University for Human Kinetics in the Honours program. Before she graduated, she obtained entrance to North Western Chiropractic College in Minnesota. It was there that she received her Doctor of Chiropractic, and her Bachelors of Science in Human Biology Hons degree. After graduation, in 1997 she returned home to her fiancée, Kevin, to start her practice and family life that included volunteering with the local and provincial lacrosse associations for 26 yrs. In 2010 Dr Knox facilitated the introduction of the current Minor Field Lacrosse Teams in Huntsville to compete at the local and provincial level. Now with 3 adult male children (mostly) on their own, as they are all involved in high level sports in University, provincial and National representations, as well as one in the Canadian Forces, Dr Knox was able to give her practice more attention. The growth of Knox Chiropractic Professional Corporation with the all powerful female practice in multiple disciplines was a milestone she wanted to achieve in Huntsville for our community. Now that was accomplished, and is flourishing under new Ownership as of October 2023 of Dr. Celine Butcher, Dr Knox has turned her concentration to her special interests of Functional Clinical Neurology and is presently working on her Fellowship through the Carrick Institute of Health. As she is obtaining this certification she now practices at her home office treating Vertigo, Concussion and Post Concussion Syndromes as well as Muscular and Internal Conditions with Acupuncture and she will always set time aside for our 4 legged family members in her small animal chiropractic & rehabilitation practice as she has maintained her AVCA certification for over 20 years. During her off hours she can be found at the stable with her horse, giving her balance for her life or riding shotgun as Kevin’s sidekick on the many road trips to see their kids.
